    The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page two, section one, line three, following the word “authorized”, by striking out the period and inserting a comma and the following:

“with the amendment set forth below:

    On page two, subsection 2.5, line two, following the words “the unpaid balance”, by striking out the words “or the unpaid balance is due in full” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “ or the unpaid balance is due in full”;

    On page three, subsection 2.16, line one, by striking out the words “spending unit” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “spending unit”;

    And,

    On page three, subsection 2.23, beginning on line twenty-one, by striking out the following:

    “2.252.23 “Wholesale lockbox,” wholesale lockbox services” or “wholetail lockbox services” means a payment process where checks, forms and other authorized documents are sent to a post office box and then processed during which information is captured from the checks, forms and other documents.”,

and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

    “2.25 “Wholesale lockbox,” wholesale lockbox services” or “wholetail lockbox services” means a payment process where checks, forms and other authorized documents are sent to a post office box and then processed during which information is captured from the checks, forms and other documents.”,

and by redesignating the remaining subsection accordingly.
